Product Description

819 is a highly efficient UV photoinitiator with the advantages of fast photocuring speed, high initiating efficiency, and almost zero remaining initiator after curing.

It is suitable for UV-curable varnishes and colored painting systems, such as wood, paper, metal, plastics, optical fibers, printing inks and prepreg systems. It can also be used for colored UV curing plastic coatings, such as on the plastic shells of various electronic and home appliance products.

Application Field

Photoinitiators are widely applied to the UV surface curing system with high photocuring speed and anti-yellowing, such as UV curing coatings, UV photocopying varnish, UV plastic coatings, UV wood coatings, UV glue, silk screen printing inks, lithographic printing inks, flexo printing inks, UV curing adhesives, optical fiber coatings and electronic products, generally used with other photoinitiators. It also can be used together with ultraviolet absorbent when necessary to prevent product aging
